How do I prevent a large gap when hitting <Enter>?
If the editor window is still empty, simply hit <Backspace> before beginning to work.
From then on, all hits on <Enter> will create only a small gap
If there is already text in the window, and hitting <Enter> creates a large gap, press <Shift> while hitting <Enter> whenever you want just a small gap

Explanation: Similarly to most other editors, hitting <Enter> creates a new paragraph.
Note: The trick of hitting <Backspace> before beginning to work works only in the default HTML editor (Atto) - not in the alternative (TinyMCE) editor
