How do I submit grades to GR?
Submitting grades from Moodle to GR is an experimental feature.
It is currently available only in the faculties of Law, Computer Science & Engineering and Neurosciences
  • In the Course administration block, click on Gradebook setup
  • Click on Export and then on GR (menu or tab)
On first doing so, you will be redirected to a Login page
    • In CSE courses: Enter your CSE username and OTP and click on button Log in
    • In other courses:
      • Enter your ID in the lower ID field and click on button Send OTP
      • Enter your ID in the upper ID field and the OTP that you received in the OTP field
      • Click on button Log in
    • If Support for Moadim has been enabled (see here): Select one of the Exam or Final items from the menu and click on button Submit to GR
    • Otherwise: Fill in all fields and click on button Submit to GR. (The available options depend on whether there is an exam in the course, whether the course runs more than once a year and whether it has sister courses.)
  • Moodle shows all grades that will be submitted and that were previously submitted (if any). New and changed grades are in highlighted in green.
  • To actually submit, click on button Yes. Submit to GR now
Important: In any given course, grades should never be submitted in more than one way e.g first through Moodle and later directly in GR or Rakefet (or vice versa).
